At our outpatient trauma treatment center we know that we can hold trauma in our body and in our cells, leading to ongoing distress, physical symptoms, possibly even autoimmune disorders, migraines, and anxiety. Please join Celeste, the yoga therapist on staff at Trauma and Beyond anxiety treatment los angeles, for an hour and a half of therapeutic yoga using somatic work including breathing practices, movement and meditations designed to help bring you ease and comfort as you navigate the waters during these difficult times. Our Trauma and Beyond Center provides Trauma Informed Therapy that not only addresses symptom reduction but can facilitate growth promoting healing.
